This policy explains what information CW Coffee ("we") collects when you use this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), shipping address, the items you order and any notes you add.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment information you give them.
- Messages: anything you send through our contact form.
- Technical data: a cookie that keeps your shopping cart, and basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver your order, send order updates (confirmation, shipping and pickup emails), answer your questions, prevent fraud and keep required business records. [Review: state whether you send marketing emails. This site does not send marketing email by default.]
Who we share it with
Only with service providers needed to run the store — our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider and our shipping carriers — or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
